About Me

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who is committed to providing quality mental health services, and helping you navigate through life's challenges. I provide ongoing services to adolescents and adults through evidence-based approaches and collaborative care. 

Growing up in the area, I have always felt a connection to my community, and my roots. Being able to work with and support others has been a wonderful journey. I enjoy meeting new people and helping others through clinical therapy, support, and sharing resources to help meet the needs of my clients. 

I completed my education through the University of Minnesota Morris and St. Cloud State University. I hold a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Social Work. I also completed 4,000 hours of necessary clinical hours to become a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I am licensed by the State of Minnesota Board of Social Work. I am also a Licensed Clinical Supervisor. I have 23 years of experience in the field.
