Hello, I'm Erin Swenson. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who is committed to providing quality mental health services, and helping you navigate through life's challenges. My focus is to provide outpatient mental health services that are tailored to meet your specific mental health needs. Your story is important.
I provide ongoing services to adolescents and adults through evidence-based approaches and collaborative care. I welcome the opportunity to work with you and your unique needs.

Growing up in the area, I have always felt a connection to my community, and my roots. Being able to work with and support others has been a wonderful journey. I enjoy meeting new people, and helping others through clinical therapy, support, and sharing resources to help meet the needs of my clients. I have learned so much from my clients, also.
I completed my education through the University of Minnesota Morris and St. Cloud State University, where I completed my Bachelor of Science in Social Work. After some work experiences, I went on to complete my Master of Science in Social Work. I also completed necessary clinical hours (4,000) to become a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I am Licensed by the State of Minnesota. I am also a Licensed Clinical Supervisor. I have 22 years of experience in the field.

I provide services to clients through a variety of formats. I offer therapy services in person (office location) and via telehealth to meet client's needs. My services are provided throught the Strong Self Mental Health Partnership (PLLP). Please inquire if you have special requests or accommodations.
During sessions, we will complete diagnostic assessments, setting goals, and therapy sessions with a focus on solutions to improve quality of life. I want to work with you on developing a course of treatment that best fits your individual needs. I look forward to building a relationship with you and focusing on your journey.

I offer a variety of treatment modalities, assessments, and options for therapy services, including (but not limited to): Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFBT), Supportive Therapy, and Psychoeducation.

I am contracted with most major insurance companies for services. Please inquire with any specific questions about coverage.
Rates are also available upon request. I accept private pay clients, and I also have a sliding fee scale for clients who do not carry health insurance (based on income and availability). Please inquire if you fall into this category.
Payments may be made in person, or via the client portal. Debit and Credit Cards are accepted in person or online. Cash or check payments are in person only.
